DESIGN

DSPC helps you design the most efficient and economical casting mould. You can rely on our CADCAM unit for all the technical assistance you may need.

Our team of specialists will provide metallurgical advice to ensure the correct metal composition for your application.

PATTERN MAKING

Our workshop creates your patterns using the best of the following methods: hand‐made in wood, CNC machine‐made or in plastic. DSPC also takes care of any repairs, modifications and storage of the patterns models for our clients.

AFFORDABLE PATTERNS

The internal design department and pattern making unit ensures swift development of a mouldable piece, optimisation of the mould filling, the casting opening and cooling capacities, ensuring you the most cost‐efficient throughput time.

4 MOULDING LINES

The foundry has four units: the hand moulding line for large pieces and three automated moulding lines for small and medium‐sized series, i.e. the automatic high‐pressure moulding line GISA, the Omega moulding line and the IMF moulding line.

MELTING AND CASTING PROCESS

Five induction furnaces have a melting capacity of 3.5 tonnes. After a final check of the composition, the cast iron or bronze is poured into the magnesium pot at a temperature of 1500 °C.

POST‐TREATMENT

Breaking the casting out of its mould, sandblasting, fettling, any CNC finishing treatment.
